| Good experience for first time user |

The bouquet was ordered on behalf of my office in NZ for a client in the UK so it was extremely important that they were of a certain standard and arrived on time. According to our client, the flowers arrived on the day requested and they "made her day". The only fault was that the system hadn't been updated to show the flowers had been delivered and was instead 'pending'. I emailed iflorist and received a prompt response the next morning (noting time differences!) explaining the florist simply hadn't had a chance to update the delivery status. Very satisfied. |
