I am very surprised, and impressed, by the quality of your service. When I returned from a meeting yesterday, I had a message from your company that the plant I ordered wasn't available yesterday, but would be today. The very pleasant voice on my message informed me that she felt the wait was worth it, but gave me the option to substitute. I didn't have time to do that since I got the message so late, but I would have chosen to wait anyhow. It's rare to get quality customer service from any source these days.
